Bharat Dynamics Ltd (BDL) Recruitment of Deputy Managers


1. General Manager (Finance) – 02 Posts UR

Pay Scale : 43200-66000  (3%) – (Annual CTC approx. Rs.15.2 Lakhs)

Qualification : CA / ICWAI /MBA/PG Diploma / Degree in Finance

Experience : Minimum of 18 years in Medium / Heavy industries preferably in PSUs in the relevant area  with minimum 1 (one) year in the immediate lower pay scale or equivalent.

Age Limit : 54 years

2. Additional General Manager (Personnel & Admin) – 01 Post UR


Pay Scale : 36600-62000 (3%) – (Annual CTC approx. Rs.12.9 Lakhs)

Qualification : First Class in MBA or equivalent / Post Graduate Diploma / Post Graduate Degree in HR / PM&IR / Personnel Management / Industrial Relations / Social Science / Social Welfare / Social Work of 2 years duration from University / Institution recognized by Government. Desirable – Graduate in Law.

Experience : Minimum of 16 years in Medium / Heavy industries preferably in PSUs in the relevant area with minimum 1 (one) year in the immediate lower pay scale or equivalent.

Age Limit : 54 years

3. Deputy General Manager (Personnel & Administration) – 01 SC
Pay Scale : 32900-58000 (3%) – (Annual CTC approx. Rs.11.55 Lakhs)

Qualification : First Class in MBA or equivalent / Post Graduate Diploma / Post Graduate Degree in HR / PM&IR / Personnel Management / Industrial Relations / Social Science / Social Welfare / Social Work of 2 years duration from University / Institution recognized by Government. Desirable – Graduate in Law.

Experience : Minimum of 14 years in Medium / Heavy industries preferably in PSUs in the relevant area with minimum 1 (one) year in the immediate lower pay scale or equivalent.

Age Limit : 55 years

4. Deputy Manager – 62 Posts

i) Personnel & Admin – 05 Posts (UR – 02 ; OBC – 02 ; SC – 02)

ii) Mechanical – 21 Posts (UR – 11 ; OBC – 02 ; SC – 02 ; ST – 03)

5. Management Trainee (Finance)

No. of Posts : 11 Posts (UR – 08 ; SC – 01 ; ST – 02)

Pay Scale : Rs.16400-40500 (3%) – (Annual CTC approx. Rs.5.8 Lakhs)

Qualification : 
Membership of Institute of Cost and Works Accountants of India 
OR  
Membership of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India
 OR 
First Class MBA or equivalent / Post Graduate Diploma / Post Graduate Degree in Finance discipline of 2 years  duration from University / Institution recognized by Government (Full Time Courses only). 
NO Experience Required.

Age Limit : 27 years (SC/ST – 32 years)

Pay & Perks :
In addition to Basic Pay and DA, HRA as admissible will be paid. Company accommodation is provided at Bhanur at the prescribed rates and HRA is not applicable at Bhanur.

In case of Management Trainees, during the training period MTs will be paid a stipend equivalent to the sum of the following :  (a) Minimum basic pay admissible to an Executive in Grade II; (b) Dearness Allowance (DA) on minimum basic pay, as admissible from time to time; (c) HRA admissible at the minimum basic pay; (d) 20% of minimum basic pay towards Allowances.

Selection Procedure :
For the posts of GM, AGM, DGM, and DM are by Interview and for Management Trainees are by Written Test & Interview. The final selection of the candidate(s) is based on the merit. Perks @ 45% on Basic Pay and Performance Related Pay as per Company Rules will be paid.  Other facilities viz., PF, Gratuity, Medical facilities etc are applicable as per rules.

Application fee : Rs.400/- for General and OBC Candidates (NO fee for SC/ST/PH/EX-SM/Internal Candidates) – DD drawn on any Nationalized Bank in favour of  
Bharat Dynamics Limited” payable at Hyderabad  
 OR  payment of Rs.400/- through online module.

How to Apply : Candidates are required to Apply ONLINE. On submission and acceptance of application, the System will generate Registration Number and the candidates have to print the registration slips. It is mandatory to write his/her Name and the registration number allotted, on the reverse side of the Demand Draft and SC/ST/PWD on the reverse side of the certificates, which is to be forwarded along with registration slip and duly filled in Bio-Data as per prescribed format to

 The envelope should be superscribed with “Application for the post being applied in bold letters”.

Candidates are required to possess a valid e-mail ID, which is to be entered in the Application form, so that intimation regarding downloading of call letter for Written Test / Interview can be sent. Candidates other than SC/ST and PWD are required to furnish the details of Demand Draft/online payment in order to register their application Online.
